Sibelco has now submitted planning appplications, which will have significant impact on the future of the area and delay restoration in the quarry area:
1. To extend the life of the Processing plant (Ref TA09/1533)
2. To commence quarrying to the West of White Hill in Beltchingley and near to Pendell (Ref TA09/1536)
3. To obtain approval for a dust management plan that was a requirement following their Retrospective application to regularise the processing plant that was built in breach of the original planning approval (Ref TA09/1218)
